The National Day of Malawi is on the 6 July (Independence Day, from the United Kingdom 1964; and Republic Day 1966). This is the Independence Day or Republic Day. The country of Malawi gained its independence from British colonial rule on the 6th July 1964.

The National Day of Macedonia is on the 8 September (Den na nezavisnosta or Ден на независноста, declaration of independence from Yugoslavia 1991). This also known as the Day of the Republic. This was a celebration for the countries independence from Yugoslavia, which was declared on the 8th September 1991.This following the a referendum held on the 8th September 1991.
National Day of Macau
The National Day of Macau is on the 20 December (Transfer of sovereignty to the PRC 1999) 1 October (National Day of China). It is also known as “Dia da RAEM” in Portuguese or “澳門特別行政區成立紀念日” in Chinese, is celebrated annually on 20th December. It is a public holiday in Macau, a special administrative region of China.
National Day of Luxembourg
The National Day of Luxembourg 23 June (the Monarch’s birthday). Additionally this is known as the Grand Duke’s Official Birthday. It marks the official birthday of the Grand Duke, the head of state of Luxembourg. Accordingly this National Day of Luxembourg has been celebrated since 1961.
National Day of Lithuania
Firstly the National Day of Lithuania is on the 16 February (Lithuanian State Reestablishment Day, declaration of independence from Russia and Germany 1918). National Day of Liechtenstein
The National Day of Liechtenstein is on the 15 August (The Hereditary Prince becomes Regent 2004). This day is also known as the Feast of the Assumption of Mary. The National Day of Libya is on the 1 September (Coup d’état of 1969). Italy occupied Libya since 1911. This day is also known in Libya as the Libyan Independence Day or Revolution Day. It celebrates the day in 1951 when Libya gained independence from Italy.

The National Day of Liberia is on the 26 July (Proclamation of the Republic: independence from the United States 1847). It is also known as Independence Day and commemorates Liberia’s independence from the American Colonization Society on the 26th July 1847.
