National Day of Paraguay
The National Day of Paraguay is on 15th May. It marks the country’s independence from Spanish colonial rule in 1811. Paraguay’s independence process began in 1810. This following the May Revolution in Buenos Aires and you can see this in the national day celebrations in South America.

Firstly the national day of Peru is on the 28th July. This is to celebrate their independence from Spain in 1821. The day is called the Fiestas Patrias, or Patriotic Festivals.
